At Wellspring, we don’t want the cost of counseling to stop you, so we’ve kept our fees as reasonable as possible while providing a high level of qualified counseling staff.
The standard rate for a 50 minute counseling session is $100.
For those who meet income guidelines, we do offer some financial assistance. To apply, print out the Sliding Scale Application form, and bring it to your first appointment. You will be required to pay full price for appointments completed before approval of the sliding scale fee. If you would like to have the discounted fee approved before your first appointment, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a form and you can fill it out and email it back to us for approval before your first appointment.
Additionally, sometimes churches are able to help their members or regular attendees with counseling fees. We encourage you to check with your church leadership to see what help may be available to you.
Wellspring Counseling Center does not bill insurance directly. However, insurance companies will sometimes offer reimbursements. Please contact your insurance company before your appointment to see what help they are willing to offer.
Payment and Fees
We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. We require payment to be made at the time of service.
We understand that conflicts arise from time to time, but to honor the work of our counselors, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Without 24-hour notice (except in emergency situations) you will still be expected to pay for the counseling session you missed. This cancellation fee is to be paid at the time of your next session.
